Hall Rates as at 20/7/2023

Note – Hourly bookings are accepted on a whole hour basis only.

 

Main Hall:

Community £20 per hour

Business/Non Community £30 per hour

 

Meeting room (Small room):

Community £10 per hour

Business/Non Community £15 per hour

 

Evening functions: Use of the whole facility (Hall available from 18.00 on day of booking.  Key to be returned next day by 12.00 noon).

Community £150 (Extra hours are chargeable at £20 per hour)

Business/Non Community £250 (Extra hours are chargeable at £30 per hour)

 

Wedding receptions and Corporate Events: (Hall available 12.00 noon day before the wedding or corporate event until 12.00 noon day after the wedding or corporate event)

Community £500 (Extra hours are chargeable at £20 per hour)

Non -community £600 (Extra hours are chargeable at £30 per hour)

 

Funeral teas (up to 6 hours)

Community £90 for 6 hours (Extra hours are chargeable at £20 per hour)

Non Community £120 for 6 hours (Extra hours are chargeable at £30 per hour)

 

Accessoires

Staging is available at an additional cost - £20

Gazebos (2 x 3m x 3m can be joined as one) are available at an additional cost - £20

 

Deposits

Evening Events, Weddings and Corporate Events is £200.  Commercial Bookings such as Comedy nights, performers etc may require a £300 deposit and a cleaner must be employed to clear up afterwards within the booking time.  Contacts can be given for such cleaners but the responsibility for ensuring that the Hall has been left in a clean and tidy state still lies with the Hall Booker.  Both deposit and payment are required in advance with the deposit being refunded after the event, provided the Hall is left in a clean and tidy state.  We can provide cleaning (£20 per hour).

 

Charitable Events are asked to offer a donation of their takings at a recommended rate of 10% of takings, or normal hall hire rate (whichever is the smallest), to allow them to raise more money for the chosen charity.
